Thomas E. Faust Jr.

Chairman

Tom became Chairman of ReFlow Services on May 12, 2026. As Chairman, he oversees the business of ReFlow Services and ReFlow Fund. He formerly served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Vance Corp., a Boston-based global investment manager, from 2007 to 2021. Following the sale of Eaton Vance to Morgan Stanley in 2021, he served as Chairman of Morgan Stanley Investment Management until his retirement in 2003 and thereafter as a Morgan Stanley Senior Advisory until 2025. Mr. Faust joined Eaton Vance in 1985 and served as an equity research analyst, portfolio manager, Chief Equity Investment Officer and Chief Investment Officer in his 22 years in the Eaton Vance investment organization. His association with ReFlow began in 2006 when Eaton Vance worked with ReFlow to develop the in-kind redemption feature of the Redemption Service. Mr. Faust holds B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and former member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute and its Executive Committee.
