As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Smith manages many of the day to day aspects of ReFlow Services, LLC. He was previously Director of Business Development for ReFlow Services, LLC and is still active in efforts to grow ReFlow's customer base. Before coming to ReFlow Services, LLC, he was Principal Analyst at Social Finance, Inc. and Director of Research at Cabezon Investment Group, LLC. He holds both an MA and PhD in International Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
