Evan was named President of ReFlow Services on May 12, 2026. In that role, he leads day-to-day management of ReFlow Services and ReFlow Fund together with CEO Bill White. Since joining ReFlow Services in 2018, he has served in a variety of roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Business Development. He was previously a Principal Analyst at Social Finance, Inc. and Director of Cabezon Investment Group. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in international economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
