ReFlow is a novel solution to mutual funds’ liquidity needs in meeting net redemptions.

| Where ReFlow Fits In |
Mutual funds traditionally meet net redemptions first from cash on hand, or
from lines of credit, and then by selling portfolio assets.

| ReFlow expects that most funds will prefer to place “standing bids” which are repeated automatically in each auction until revised. |
