ReFlow Management, LLC provides mutual funds and UCITS with solutions to the conflict between daily liquidity requirements and long-term investment strategies.
The firm was founded in 2002 to offer US mutual funds its Redemption Service, a pioneering net outflow solution. In 2007 ReFlow introduced its cash equitization product, NAVswap (formerly known as CTE), as a tool for better managing net inflows, outflows, and cash positions.
The firm is headquartered in San Francisco. In September, 2008, it opened a Luxembourg office to offer its Redemption Service in the European market.
